Refund policy
POLICIES:
Within 30 days of receiving your order (not date of purchase, but date your order arrives):Â full refund or store credit.
Up to 3 months after original purchase date: for store credit or exchange (for the last retail value).
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR WITH A DISCOUNT CODE ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. No returns will be accepted for discounted products. The customer will be billed if any difference in price should occur for an exchange.Â
IF THE RETURNED ORDER WAS ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING, A RESTOCKING FEE OF $5.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.Â
Allow up to 10 days after the return has been received for money to be refunded.
Packages MUST be returned to the address below in order to receive any percentage of refund or exchange. Boerne Gear Company is not responsible for refunding any order(s) for lost packages that the customer has sent back.
Boerne Gear Company is not responsible for returns/exchange shipping costs unless there has been an error on our behalf (i.e. damaged product or incorrect item shipped.) Only if an incorrect item has been shipped/damaged product may Boerne Gear Company accept the responsibility of returns/exchange shipping. In such cases, Boerne Gear Company will email you a shipping label upon request. For all other returns and exchanges the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Boerne Gear Company.
GIFT CARDS:
All sales on boernegear.com gift cards are final and not eligible for refunds.
